"Colin and his entire staff starting with his wife Brittany have always gone above and beyond in the handling of our multiple policies. Whenever we have something that needs attention like insuring the shipping a classic Porsche across the country or North Carolina deciding after twenty years that I needed a NC policy for one of our vehicles Colin and his staff stepped up to the plate and hit home runs. Just to make sure I was still getting a good price I took all our policies with the premiums to an agent who "promised he could save me at least $500." After placing we with various companies I never heard of my final premium was $1000 less than what he could offer. I'm sticking with Colin!"

"This review is on Madison Kay Smith not Colin Owens. We have been dealing with Madison for the entirety of this issue. She is probably one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come in contact with. She talks on the phone and emails like she is texting or we are besties which we are not. My husband and I have been trying to get my new vehicle added onto his insurance plan and me as a driver. Firstly, she added me onto his already existing vehicle that I do not drive at all. NEXT, she added the new vehicle with HIS name on it solely when he does not drive the new vehicle. We have became increasingly frustrated with the service and how the situation has been handled. She called me today and When asked why it has been done that way she responded “ that’s what we’re changing ” when from day 1 it should have never been this complicated. The only things that needed to be done was add me on the plan with the new vehicle. Now she’s added me onto the plan as an owner and has consistently talked to my husband for life insurance."
